Services and Offerings

  • Our birth packages include prenatal visits, personalized birth planning, continuous support through labor and birth, and care in the immediate postpartum. We are honored to hold space for a supported and empowered journey into parenthood and growing families.

  • Providing mother-led care for up to 12 weeks after baby’s arrival. We promote focusing on the mother’s healing, newborn care, sibling integration, and bonding.

It should be noted that Nido Birth Services does not offer overnight doula care and is only offering postpartum care to signed birth clients at this time.

  • We use traditional Mexican vendaje: a gentle wrapping healing practice that supports the womb and body postpartum to create comfort and stability while reintegrating after birth.

  • Bodywork and somatic care services for women in every season of life. We use healing touch, movement, and sacred space through traditional sobada and rebozo work.

  • Herbal remedies, teas, and yoni steams crafted to support womb health, postpartum healing, and the nervous system. This medicine from the earth, made with love and can be customized to personal needs.

  • My heart is honored to help those who are new to birthwork and following their calling. I do offer shadowing opportunities as well as business-building education and resources. Please feel free to email and inquire.

I serve families for birth in Austin and the surrounding areas and try my best to limit postpartum care to North Austin, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Leander, Round Rock, and Cedar Park.

I believe that everyone deserves support, and although I do not accept insurance, I do offer altered payment plans as well as discounts for home birthing families, birth workers (including barter), first responders, and single-mother households. If you are experiencing a financial hardship, please do not hesitate to let me know during our consultation.
